Support for Firefox Quantum (webextensions) #203

The extension is unavailable on Firefox from version 58, since the support for old extensions has been dropped.

Yes, unfortunately GNotifier is not compatible with new Firefox. With a heavy heart, I've decided to drop support for Firefox and further development focus only on Thunderbird.

Few reasons behind my decisions are described in #162.
