"Sync Failed" on every first sync attempt #4

@klinglerware:

I do notice that I get an error of "Sync Failed, network connection is unavailable" on every first sync attempt. It is not a big deal, since sync always works on the second try.

Thank you for adding the ticket.

To add additional description:

  1. Nokia N9 Meego Harmattan version
  2. Occurs on first sync (when application is launched and account details are entered for the first time)
  3. Occurs when the "refresh" icon is pressed for the first time when the application is opened
  4. In both cases, sync/refresh proceeds normally when it is immediately retried

Hopefully, this bug was fixed in 1.1.0-1 release (latest openrepos package).
