Support for different variant caller? #24

Hi ,

Sorry for the silly question - but I was wondering if Jasmine supported the input of other SV callers beside Sniffles.

Hi,

Yes it should work regardless of SV caller! If comparing between different callers, you may need to add --ignore_strand as a parameter (Sniffles outputs the STRANDS INFO field while many other callers do not).
