Max walltime error when running tophat #3

When queueing the tophat job on the fluxm queue we incurred an error when the 
walltime was above "72:00:00".

Not really relevant b/c we cannot control this. Some clusters maybe stringent 
limits on walltime etc. and it will not be possible to run this version on the 
pipeline on them.
