Add the privacy manifest to resource bundle #64

Hello! PrivacyInfo not declared in Podspec as resource bundles. So when I use last version of DrawerView, the privacy manifest not included in pod resources. This PR has a little fix for it, please review it, or make new one with your own approach https://guides.cocoapods.org/syntax/podspec.html#resource_bundles
