command not recognized @cp -Rfv $(SOURCE)/* $(LIB) #9

when I run make I got and error, it happens when it reaches this line of the Makefile @cp -Rfv $(SOURCE)/* $(LIB) and runing this command on windows

this is my make file :

spec:
    @$(TEST) $(SPEC_FLAGS) test/index

coverage:

You can use something like this: copy "node_modules/quill/dist/quill.core.css" "dist"
