Fails on Windows if VimFiles path is in a directory with space in file name

I keep my vimfiles in my Google Drive, and the space in the Google Drive directory name appears to break vim-issues.

Interesting, even more interesting to know that it kinda works on Windows.

I'm not sure how to debug / fix as I'm not using Google Drive, and not using vim-issues on Windows.
