Update jaxb-maven-plugin to 4.0.6 in docs #76

b/c there is no version 4.1.0 as of today

I guess, it was a a search & replace problem.

@mklemm thank you for the release 4.1.2 – it solved all of my (other) JAXB issues after migrating from javax to jakarta. 💯
