RC2 scroll issue #13

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
I've set up Win + Scroll to increase/decrease volume, and quite often my volume
turns up or down when I scroll without holding down the windows key.

Aside from this, RC2 works really well, no crashes no nothin'

you are right, I tried it actually first time now (i'm using mouse buttons
myself) and this seems to be a problem. I'll try to debug this out ;) Thanks
for reporting!

Any news on a update/final version?

I take it as a personal dead-serious responsibility to get the 2.0 out this
weekend, there's not that much to fix anyhow. Too much work can't disturb in
making open-source software, it should be the other way around :) I'm trying
few things with this win key issue...

Has this been abandoned or still being worked on? Also having this issue and I
got to admit the app is priceless!

The app is great, but the issue with volume changing when you hold down LMB and
scroll up and down is a major issue. It really needs a config panel to disable
mouse scroll volume control, can't scroll the win8 start screen while holding a
tile without changing volume, and I'm sure it would be an issue in games as
well.

I hope the project isn't abandoned and this gets fixed as otherwise it's a
great program for us with USB headsets and speakers we need to shift between.
