Local only evidence

As user I'd like to see whenever a post is local-only posted, so that I can understand if it's federated

Description

There's no distinction between public posts and local-only posts. DM haves an envelope, followers posts have a lock. I suggest something like a slashed world icon :globe_with_meridians: :x: (tabler icons names it world-off)

I added icons for status visibility recently

Tiny icon is nice but UI still confusing. Kind of situation:

• Local post can't be renoted or quoted. Why? Should be done locally. BTW it's also ok if nothing can't be done, but having a local only icon. (hover title is correct?)
• When post is public should have a global icon or federated icon (nothing appears, last status)

Misskey does like this

Visibility is not related to local/federated, because you can post only to local followers. So they have normal visibility and a rocket on/off icon for federation. That's because it's interplanetary platform 💘 🚀

In Pleroma is:

• "pleroma.local": "true"
• "visibility": "private"

I can work on this if you're interested. My laptop returned in life better than before. (stills an old shit 💩 )
