Suggested profiles feature, disabled? #61

While in Profile management modal window, as admin I have option to select this profile as proposed locally in home timeline.

Does the system is configured by default as "single profile instance"? Option can't be saved and proposed profiles panes are gone. I just occasionally see a skeleton box in the layout but disappears.

This feature is useful in multiuser instances.

Looks like it's fixed, although "More" page view displays doubled list

Do we have ability to select how many items to display in the secondary, right column? I suggest to chose 4 as default, like in the horizontal version, then to put a integer numeric variable inside frontend_configurations['pl-fe']
