This PR contains:

update dependencies related to NS 3.0
update tsconfig.json related to NS 3.0
get rid of some .js files in demo project (they are generated upon TypeScript compilation)
comment out Toolbox.isDebug() - it seems that it does not longer does the job
added single Toolbox api to be called by tapping a button in the demo - wifi settings
