image This PR: 1) adds Contributing.md 2) moves previous event to 'past' section 3) remove Alexey (because he technically didn't give a full talk - thus reserving his sport for future events :smile_cat:) 4) added link to 'contact us' section & corresponding message so people will reach out (supposedly).
