I am wondering if you can provide a couple of pointers on how should I go about visualizing my system? I tried to use the Z1+.jar application provided in the paper, but it is not really showing me anything. I am wondering how did you guys go about visualizing your system and make the figure in blender? Is it possible to visualize the results in VMD?
