Provide a help page for the task repo connector #23

Provide a help page about the connector. Contribute it into the Mylyn help
center.

Unfortunately, the Mylyn help does not provide an anchor at the most
appropriate place (Task Repository Connectors section). I therefore created
a Bug including patch against Mylyn:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=293250

Once the anchor is available from Mylyn, move to this new anchor.
