Hide "Attach Context" since it's not implemented yet #57

The Google Code API doesn't support dealing with attachments at the moment (see 
issue 18) so "Attach Context" can't work.

There is no defined way to hide that button. It will always be created when a 
task is not-new (ergo: all existing tasks) (see TaskEditorActionPart:174). I 
don't think we can do anything about that at the moment.

As this will automatically fixed if you use the newest mylyn version I'm 
closing this bug as we cannot do anything on our side.
