Finish button is always disabled when adding a new repository #77

When I go to add a new Google Code task repository, the finish button is always 
disabled. I've tried filling out all the info and clicking "Validate Settings" 
(at which point "Repository is valid" appears at the top), but the finish and 
next buttons remain disabled.
