COLAB not working #281

I have been trying for two weeks to get VIBE running for a project and continually run into dependency conflicts. It is running python 3.8 and torch 1.4 as per the set-up instructions. Does anyone have COLAB up and running, if so I would really appreciate it if you could send it over to me as I am really struggling. Thanks
