Hello, great plugin. It's exactly what I was looking for so that I that could stop using ArcScan in ArcGIS. My main application is to convert isobaths in raster nautical charts so that I can interpolate the data to a numerical grid and use it for wave simulations.
My PR only has some very simple examples in the README showing how to convert an image to RGB colorspace, as I lost a few hours until I figured out that was the reason I was getting the AttributeError: 'PointTool' object has no attribute 'to_indexes' in QGis.
