When should it say the parsha? 
1) Every day of the week? 
2) Only Friday? 
3) When you specifically request it with the parsha command?

I say #3 too. Also, it should work with a date. (What's next week's Parsha?) 
Also it
needs to differentiate between israel/chu'l of course.)

Fixed in r20. As we discussed on the phone there are better ways of doing this, 
but
this works for now.
