How to install in Windows 10 #27

Can someone teach me how to install in windows? I can't find it anywhere? why don't u put int in readme.md? thanks!

@bionimic,

I am not sure if this code would run on windows. zbarcode project states: "Note that the Windows port is in an unstable, testing phase." which I think has been the case for the past 5 or so years.
