versioning #24

It's a bit awkward to set up the debian packaging without a formal and conventional versioning for the project. Would you have a suggestion to make? If not, I plan to use 'ipad-charge_1.2~git', which will be appended with the revision date. I thought of 1.2 as the latest release for the original ipad_charge was 1.1.

I support this, making github releases should be just fine.

@mkorenkov Hiya, I'll reply to here instead of making a new issue. I've looked into the source code (ipad_charge.c) and saw that the current version is 1.1. That's fine to use from now on, if you would like the debian packaging for it is in http://mentors.debian.net/package/ipad-charge if you would like to take a look.

@mkorenkov you should make a github release and tag the repo with a proper version number. This will allow Debian watch file to check for new versions.

@benny I will comment on your package in mentors list before you upload. There are things you should fix before.

Well, there are still not releases or tags, so no versioning, as far as I can see...

As pointed out before, there are still no releases and no tags, so packagers cannot include this utility into distros...
