Alternate layout details / icons (same language) #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add English / US layout
2. Add English / US Dvorak layout

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Two clearly identified language+layout rows in the keyla Layouts tab. Currently 
shows "English (United States)" for both layouts.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1.8

Please provide any additional information below.
Also unable to create distinct icons, since both layouts use the same language 
(409 - English / US).

I totally agree this should be fixed. I guess many (most?) users only switch 
keyboard and not language.

However this issue is not as bad as I thought it would be since Windows' 
floating language bar always shows the complete details when using Keyla.
