Incorrect description of .minttyrc file format #280

man mintty in CONFIGURATION section say that ~/.minttyrc is an INI-style.

When store settings from menu it remove any '[Section]' from ~/.minttyrc

As this section no longer needed I purpose change this statement (see patch).
