mintty taskbar icon not working #293

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install mintty from setup.exe
2. Run it from either cygwin or straight from the mintty.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output is to have the default mintty icon in the Windows taskbar, 
instead, you get Windows' default icon for missing icons there.

What versions of mintty, Cygwin/MSYS, and Windows are you using?

mintty 1.0.1, Cygwin 1.7 and Windows 7 SP1

Please provide any additional information below.

The problems is fixed by restarting Explorer.
