If these 2 flags are swapped or alternated the output is duplicated or changed only by size of text.

From what I can tell this is pulling from the SolCon setup of Promotion / Offer Display / Display Text

This is updated now in the selector. The first one shows Display Text 1 The second shows Display Text 2
