Portland LTE - Invalid credit card types being sent (TFS 38726) #18

For starts via Portland LTE, all credit card types are being sent with the wrong values: Visa = V, Mastercard = M, American Express = A, Discover = D

Please re-test. We added an attribute into Solcon that allows us to configure these if they ever change.

I am no longer finding any issues with CCs and Portland LTE.
