Need ability to pass expire date on Unpaid Comp subscriptions #13

For unpaid comp subscriptions the API is currently defaulting an expire date (same as start date). Need a field in SolCon to populate expire date.

We send no expire dates on regular starts. It works for them, why?

Because we are also sending a payment on those that extends the expire date. When no payment is on a regular start, it also expires same day as start.

Why does expire date matter for these comps? Whatever we send will be wrong anyway. We don't know the expire date.

If the API weren't defaulting it, it wouldn't matter. But with it in its current state, the print subscription would never start. Correct, you don't know the expire date which is why we are asking for a means to pass that date.
