Add notifications messages

Show notification

It's important to notify a user about an errors!

• all http errors (see the request middleware);
• successfully login/logout
• user change a timeperiod (+ WARN user if chosed timeperiod != current one)

for this purpose we can use some external module, e.g. react-notification-system
