Create a dedicated media screen

Created a media screen, but a Sound class is now in the works to better play, organize, and standardize the playing and reading of sound files. Playing video has not been thoroughly looked into yet.

The media controls have been moved to the part of the display that is always up.

The controls on the always-up part of the screen work exactly as intended.
