Fix multi exclusions #40

Variable "jndex" was never incremented, hence multi exclusions didn't work.

thanks, need to look into the failing integration tests which apparently have nothing to do with this patch. after everything is green again I will push a release

Yep, I tried to have a look on output log, but a bit too long for me :-)
