Install newer javas in CI #75

Since the install script no longer supports older javas.

The idea is that the tests at least start running.

Thanks, went with https://github.com/mkristian/jar-dependencies/commit/6384a2ff689e68f3adfdc5ed91435aa8dc6e5c44 ... still more work will be needed to ditch maven plugins.
