Replace use of Parser::$mStripState, deprecated in 1.35 #12

The replacement, Parser::getStripState(), was added to MediaWiki in 1.34.

@oetterer Could you deal with this. Since this is breaking for 1.33 and earlier we also need to increment the version of this extension.
