Nobles (Intrigue) doesn't offer the choice #652

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play Intrigue
2. Play the Nobles card 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect a choice of +cards or +action but +action appears to be the default and 
no choice is offered. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 4.0.4, game v4.01

Seems to be ok in game version 5.01

Please note: If QuickPlay is chosen Nobles will be played automaticaly
(QP: if at least one action card is in hand and no actions are left then take 2 
actions else take 3 cards)
