Add support for hard key configuration and Bluetooth input method. #10

I would love to see the ability to configure the keys and to allow input from 
Bluetooth devices. I have a Phonejoy I use with my Amiga emulator (the 
programmer just released a new version supporting input from Bluetooth) and I 
have to say it rocks to be able to play with a controller for my Asus 
Transformer T300. Way better than using any touchscreen joystick. In fact most 
of the emulators support this function including Colleen (Colleen is not as 
stable as Droid800 and crashes while playing some games).
