Option to disable folder sidebar in icy_view #24

I really enjoy the clean icy_view tool. I would love if it would be possible to hide the folder sidebar. While still retaining all functionality of using the arrow keys.

Nice feature idea +1. Implemented - will release as 0.7.0 soon when the build finished.
