Cancer codes returned by getFirehoseDatasets() #42

This sounds like a very stupid question: what do the abbreviations that getFirehoseDatasets() returns stand for? I've searched in the manual but couldn't find the detailed explanation of those cancer codes. I'm hoping to find something like a dictionary of all those abbreviations.

Hi @zhxiaokang Sorry about the lack of documentation. I will update this. You can see a more descriptive table of these codes in the TCGAutils package:

data("diseaseCodes", package = "TCGAutils")
