Not an issue: Is there a discord for this? #89

As the title says, is there a discord for this. I currently only have the Quickstart rules. When I get paid next I intent to start buying the PDF books(to begin with).

I am hoping to make compendiums for this. By no means am I suggesting piracy but, does anyone else want to chip in so we have something equivilent to the D&D 5e SRD compendiums?

As stated above I'm not wanting to do anything that will be breaking licencing.

I think that this would be a copyright infringement.

I made the same mistake one time. Posted some summarized material to the Modiphius forum trying to help other GMs. Was told, gently but firmly, that this was a no-no!

I wish there was an official Foundry Core Manual available. I would pay to have access to the characters, items and so on. This module is fantastic for the mechanics, though.

Yeah I don't have much free time to add in things more than the few bug fixes I get around to. Originally this system was supposed to be overruled by an Official system coming from the original developer that Modiphius had an agreement with so after the initial release this was supposed to be deprecated. However we have had no word on the other system for some time and unfortunately don't have much communication on any other modules being allowed, so I am keeping this as alive as I can with tons of help from other developers. There is a contact at Modiphius that pays attention to the Foundry Discord server and handles requests, my best suggestion would be to use whatever sway we have as consumers to encourage investment from Modiphius in more for Foundry. This could be something as small as staying active and positive on the Foundry and Modiphius discords, comments on reddit and forums, or emails (friendly worded, ofc) to Modiphius.

I know that's not the answer anyone wants to hear, but that's unfortunately the best we can do currently.
