This package looks great, but I just ran into this error and when I removed NAs it still occurred. Error in $<-.data.frame(*tmp*, ".fitted", value = c(7 = 1.16732165838092, : replacement has 274 rows, data has 708

Hi @benjaminwnelson, sorry you're running into that issue! Can you tell me more about your dataset and model?

Additionally, if you try running devtools::install_github("mkshaw/r2mlm", ref = "refactoring") then library(r2mlm), and then using the package as you did before, do you still get that error? I've been making changes to the code, so perhaps I've fixed this issue in the process.

I am also interested in this package's functions. But it seems that the function "r2mlm" doesn't work for me. I loaded the "teachst" data and copied your code, but it takes R forever to run it...
