minor bug fix in readme template + improved ZipLoRA redame template #3

this PR:

  1. Fixes two small bugs in the readme templates (images not loaded properly + tags not created properly)

  2. Adapt the ZipLoRA readme to reflect it's a ZipLoRA and include both concept trigger works
