[FEATURE] ZTE F670 V2.0 Support #57

I would like the ZTE F670 V2.0 router to be supported

I have tried using decode.py but I got the following error

Detected payload type 5
Unknown payload type 5 encountered!>

Description of new feature I am currently using a ZTE router model F670 L v9, and I'm looking to change replacing to the default logo from a custom one. However, I'm facing difficulties in accomplishing this task and require assistance.my router i have custom logo from third party company i want to change it with orignal ZTE logo .whatsapp +923461200001
