Fix 6 9 kernel #258

With the release of the 6.9 kernel these no longer compiled properly. This is the fix for 6.9 kernels

I think this is supposed to be merged into the relevant branch you copied, not master.

I thought I requested it to workstation-17.5.0 since that's what I checked out. Apologies. Not sure how to fix it though?
