• [x] Creating a devlog.md file to document key decisions
• [x] Fleshing out the README to:
  • [x] Include the motivation/story behind this app
  • [x] Include a demo (.gif or video)
  • [x] Include a reference to existing websites and what they were missing (e.g., explaining how the property tax is calculated)
  • [x] Add link to live app

Ideas for the app

• [x] Add a collapsible section explaining the idea and assumptions (possibly with a link to Ben's videos)
• [ ] Allow the user to specify a property tax rate
• [ ] Allow the user to specify the annualized maintenance costs rate
• [ ] Convert sliders to sliders with linked input fields
  • This would also allow us to set default values
• [x] Convert pie charts to another chart type
  • The react-chartjs-2 library we're already using also has examples of bar charts and stacked bar charts.

• Maybe split the bar chart to show the different cost categories?
