Phonegap Build #36

I can not use websocket plugin with "Adobe Phonegap Build". https://build.phonegap.com/plugins#add

It gives: Compiled binaries are not allowed in user submitted Plugins: libs/java_websocket.jar

@ergousha please complain about it to Adobe. There is nothing I can do about it.
