Add "Open file" menu when an example from navigation drawer is opened #134

When an example sheet from navigation drawer is opened, the "Open file" menu is disabled. It is only enabled when a worksheet is selected. To open a file from an example sheet, first the worksheet shall be opened and than "Open file" menu appears. That it not convenient. Enable "Open file" menu in an example sheet for better user experience.
