Below 4 test cases are failing due to keyerror

Replacing variables from keyword return value failed: Resolving variable '${jsondata["data"]["value"]}' failed: KeyError: 'value'

  1. Set and Get PowerCap
  2. Set Less Than Minimum PowerCAP
  3. Disable PowerCap
  4. Get System Power Consumption
