Describe site rule as 's/:会議資料//' or 'm/第[0-9]*回'
Apply site rules (include include/exclude) in client
Set meeting_name and meeting_times in resource_property with client's properties
Remove channel_{site,directory}.{title,description}

Implemented property_template to transform new property from existing one instead of title, description etc.
