Issue with `from clip import helpers` in `preprocess_molecules.py` #1

Hello,

I've been working with the preprocess_molecules.py script and encountered an issue when trying to execute the line from clip import helpers. It seems that the clip package does not contain a helpers module.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this? Is there a specific version of clip that needs to be installed or is there an alternative module or method that should be used?

The author has updated the helpers module. : )
