@Casperhr Basically LGTM. :+1:

I was wondering if we should say that these numbers(in seconds) apply not to the whole average across all API requests, but some percentile of the slowest API requests, like p95, etc. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticbeanstalk/latest/api/API_Latency.html

But maybe such points can be added in later as people start using the manifesto.
