It's been a while coming, but the new version is finally ready.

Some issues have come up: lint, to be precise. I'm currently working on solving those, and will post progress to a new branch as they're resolved.

The fixes are minor and rather harmless, so they're getting pushed directly to master. I think we'll skip v0.8.0 and go straight to v0.8.1

Fixes complete as of e98bb8cef7bf14e . If Travis (which is now online) approves of the code, then I'll tag v0.8.1 and call it a night.
